Restaurant Server Position:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Restaurant Server to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately">
  • Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the food or drinks">
  • Serve food and beverages to guests">
  • Ensure tables are cleared and reset efficiently">
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to management if necessary">
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times">
  • Follow all health and safety regulations">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role. Excellent communication skills in English are required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus. You must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, and be flexible with your working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The salary for this role is 1200$ per month.
