Dermatology Specialist

This position involves providing expert consultations and guidance on effective skincare treatments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting patient consultations, discussing medical concerns, and recommending suitable services/products based on individual needs and lifestyles.

1. Establish standards for operational efficiency and service quality within the clinic.

3. Develop and review medical standards and guidelines in compliance with local laws.
4. Ensure proper use of clinic equipment and that procedures are performed by qualified health professionals.
5. Address patient complaints and inquiries, providing leadership to meet medical care objectives.
6. Participate in conferences and meetings to improve clinic care quality.
7. Enhance personal clinical skills and knowledge continuously.
8. Review clinic performance, identify performance gaps, and implement improvements.
9. Inspect clinic facilities and oversee quality improvement measures.
10. Implement infection control procedures and maintain hygiene standards.
11. Build professional relationships with patients, ensuring effective communication and confidentiality.
12. Maintain good relationships with healthcare organizations and regulatory bodies.
13. Ensure staff adherence to legal treatment guidelines.
14. Foster a positive, harmonious work environment aligned with the clinic's mission and goals.

• Medical graduate with MD from an accredited university; degrees from US/UK/Australia are advantageous.
• Diploma or certification in Cosmetology is a plus.
• Nationality: Any European or Arab national.
• Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant post-specialization experience in dermatology or cosmetology.
• Extensive experience with aesthetic procedures such as fillers, Botox, skin boosters, PRP, laser treatments, etc.
• Experience in setting up cosmetic dermatology clinics.
• Proactive in client aftercare and communication skills for pre- and post-procedure engagement.
• Charismatic, professional, and patient-centered approach.
• Knowledge of latest beauty treatment trends.
• High integrity, dependability, and team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Active social media presence, especially on Instagram, with followers, and ability to promote treatments online.
