About the Role

This role is responsible for overseeing the retail portfolio and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Review and check all retail proposals to ensure adherence to lending norms and CBO guidelines.
  • Manage the portfolio of retail loans and ensure timely submission of credit-related MIS and regulatory returns.
  • Prepare periodic credit-related reports for head office and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure proper compliance measures are in place and assist in the growth of retail assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • At least 10 years' experience in the banking sector, with at least 4 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the Credit Products function.
