Service Industry Coordinator

This role involves coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Wadi Bar, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining staff schedules, and promoting bar services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage bar inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain accurate records of customer feedback and staff performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall hotel operations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in service delivery
Essential Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the service industry
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics and record-keeping
