Luxury Resort Renovation Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead the full project lifecycle of a luxury 5-star resort renovation in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, construction, and project management, with at least 8 years of experience as a Project Director for high-end hospitality projects in Oman/GCC.

About the Role

The Project Director will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, managing consultants and contractors, and ensuring the project aligns with time, cost, and quality benchmarks. This includes key responsibilities such as leading the end-to-end management of the resort renovation project, ensuring alignment with project goals, contractual obligations, and client expectations, and managing project budget and enforcing cost control measures.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end management of the resort renovation project.
  • Ensure alignment with project goals, contractual obligations, and client expectations.
  • Oversee the performance of consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project milestones and apply corrective actions to avoid delays.
  • Manage project budget and enforce cost control measures.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven project environment.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the client and external stakeholders.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field and a minimum of 20 years of experience in design, construction, and project management.
