Audit & Assurance Experienced Associate

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in audit and assurance, working closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply knowledge of accounting standards to identify and assess risks of material misstatement.
  • Use various enablers to deliver high-quality audits, including methodology, content, guidance, learning, and other tools.
  • Formulate reasonable judgments and conclusions to provide timely and informative outputs.
  • Ensure compliance with auditing and accounting standards, laws, regulations, ethical standards, independence requirements, and quality control procedures.

  • Builds own understanding of organizational purpose and values, exploring opportunities for impact.
  • Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development, acting as a brand ambassador to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, or related field.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, or related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
  • Fluent in English (reading, speaking, and writing). Preference given to bilingual candidates.
