Artistic Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Artistic Leader to join our team at Memac Ogilvy. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team and developing innovative advertising campaigns that exceed client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative judgement, leadership skills, and the ability to manage challenging projects while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness. You will work closely with our Chief Creative Officer to develop and implement creative strategies that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a diverse creative team to develop innovative advertising campaigns
• Develop and implement creative strategies that meet client needs and exceed expectations
• Manage challenging projects while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness
• Work closely with the Chief Creative Officer to develop and implement creative strategies
• Maintain open communication with the team, clients, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in art direction or related field
• Excellent creative judgement and leadership skills
• Ability to manage challenging projects and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles
