English Language Teacher Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English language teacher to join our team. As an English language teacher, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating English language courses according to specified standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop engaging course curriculum materials for English language lessons that cater to the needs of students at the undergraduate level.
  2. Plan, deliver, and evaluate these lessons in a clear and appropriate manner, ensuring effective communication and student engagement.
  3. Prepare, mark, and provide constructive feedback on examinations to support student growth and development.
  4. Promote a positive learning environment, fostering inclusivity and respect among students from diverse backgrounds.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in English language teaching, participating in professional organizations and conferences to enhance your expertise.
  6. Adhere to college timings and maintain regular office hours for student consultations and guidance.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in a relevant subject, taught and assessed in English, along with a qualification in English Language Teaching (e.g., CELTA, Trinity TEFL certificate), or Master's degree in a relevant subject, taught and assessed in English.
  • Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Higher Education Institutions or Public Education Institutions, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality instruction and achieving academic success.

  • Demonstrate dynamic and enthusiastic teaching skills, with a passion for nurturing students and helping them achieve their potential.
  • Show adaptability in a multicultural setting, handling students from diverse nationalities and backgrounds.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons within tight deadlines.
