Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the primary school team, while also providing administrative support and contributing to the growth and development of the school community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership:
    • Lead and manage the primary school team, including teachers and support staff.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and achievement.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the school management, including organizing events and managing budgets.
    • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of tasks, including filing and data entry.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Build relationships with parents and the wider community.
    • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote student welfare and safety.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching and leadership roles.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
