As a seasoned Logistics Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of logistics activities across various channels. Your key objective will be to optimize inventory management systems, streamline transportation processes, and maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics operations, including inventory management and transportation planning.
  • Ensure timely processing and delivery of shipments, accurately tracked and recorded.
  • Manage transportation costs while maintaining efficiency and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using Logistics Management System (LMS).
  • Analyze logistics reports to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations governing transportation activities.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure logistics performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, preferably in the same industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Omani nationality preferred.
  • English language proficiency required; Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Oman experience required.
  • Oman Driving License required.
  • Proficiency in ERP/SAP and MS Office.
