We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer - Embedded Systems to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge embedded systems solutions using Linux as the operating system.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results. They will also be expected to mentor and coach junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.

  • Design and develop cutting-edge embedded systems solutions using Linux
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop technical strategies to meet those needs
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and implement technical processes and procedures to ensure efficient delivery of projects

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of embedded systems, Linux, and software engineering principles. They will be an excellent communicator and team player, able to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Extensive experience in software engineering, specifically in embedded systems and Linux
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in C, C++, and Linux
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $100,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
