Job Summary

As a Commercial Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth in the field services sector. This involves building relationships with customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of sales experience, preferably in the Utilities, O&G, MMM, Water, Building, Transportation segments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution equipment and networks, including medium voltage switchgear, low voltage switchgear, transformers, protection relays, industrial and energy automation, and energy management systems.
  • Experience in technical positions such as product management, design, or solution architecture is highly valued.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
