Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and online research.
  • Become an expert in the Omani market and understand its unique dynamics and trends.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services, as well as industry developments and competitor activity.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities by analyzing market data and making informed decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Work closely with the operations manager to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies that drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales development roles or similar positions.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in digital media advertising and event planning, with the ability to create engaging content and execute successful campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Omani business environment and regulations, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
