Key Responsibilities

  3. Oversee the production process, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  4. Collaborate with the design and planning departments to ensure that production plans align with project requirements.
  5. Quality Assurance and Control
  6. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  7. Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  8. Safety and Risk Management
  9. Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  10. Conduct regular safety inspections and provide training to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
  11. Team Leadership and Communication
  12. Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve their full potential.
  13. Foster a culture of open communication, transparency, and teamwork within the production department.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
