• I will assume full responsibility for maximizing wine sales within brand operating standards.">
• The duties and responsibilities include:">
• Managing all aspects of the wine cellars daily and coordinating special events.">
• Achieving revenue growth, controlling expenses and labor costs, and maximizing profitability related to my role.">
• Assisting in the preparation of operational plans supporting the overall objectives of our food and beverage outlets.">
• Maintaining procedures to ensure the security and proper storage of wine inventory and equipment, as well as the security of finances, credit, and financial transactions.">
• Establishing purchasing practices that meet the requirements of our nutrition and sustainability platforms.">
• Instilling a cost-focused philosophy through training and education.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To perform this role effectively, one must possess the required skills and qualifications, including:

High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in a luxury resort or fine dining restaurant.

Fluency in English; additional languages are preferred.

Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local regulations.
