Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and execution of construction projects.

  4. Obtain all necessary permits and licenses from relevant authorities.
  5. Determine resource needs, including workforce, equipment, and materials, while managing financial constraints.

  7. Sources and procures equipment, materials, and supplies as needed.
  8. Hires and manages contractors and staff, allocating responsibilities effectively.

  11. Ensures adherence to health and safety protocols and reports any issues.
Requirements and Skills
  1. Proven experience in construction project management.
  2. In-depth knowledge of construction processes and project management principles.
  3. Understanding of quality and health and safety standards.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management software.
  5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  6. Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
  7. A team player with strong leadership capabilities.
  8. Minimum bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  9. PMP certification or equivalent qualification preferred.
