Creative Visionary

Job Description: As a key member of the Ogilvy Amsterdam team, the Creative Visionary will be responsible for leading the creative direction of our clients' campaigns. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing innovative and effective advertising strategies that drive results.

The Creative Visionary will work closely with the account management team to understand the client's goals and objectives, and develop creative solutions that meet their needs. This may involve brainstorming ideas, reviewing and editing copy and designs, and collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless execution.

A critical component of this role is the ability to think creatively and strategically, while also being able to execute on those ideas in a timely and cost-effective manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

In addition to their technical skills, the Creative Visionary must possess strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously.
