Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to support strategic goals.

Talent Development and Organizational Culture:

  • Determine staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
  • Create learning and development opportunities for all employees.
  • Mentor and develop direct and indirect reports to build leadership capability.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in managing multi-brand or multi-unit operations in the food & beverage sector.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret financial data.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage change in a dynamic environment.
