Abroad Work is seeking a highly qualified English tutor to join our team in Muscat. As an English tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality language instruction to students and helping them achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each student.
  2. Design and deliver engaging and interactive activities that promote student learning.
  3. Evaluate student progress and provide regular feedback to help students identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
  5. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
  6. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress.
  7. Stay up-to-date with current teaching methods and techniques to ensure high-quality instruction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language.
  • Excellent English language proficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to adapt teaching style to meet diverse learner needs.
  • Patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping students succeed.
  • Experience working with children or teenagers is preferred.
