HSE Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
  • Conducting workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Designing and delivering HSE training programs for employees at all levels, with a focus on road safety and transport operations.
  • Leading incident investigations, analyzing root causes, and preparing detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Maintaining comprehensive HSE documentation, including policies, risk assessments, and incident records.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in HSE roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience specifically in road safety and land transport.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
