**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced construction manager to oversee our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the construction process and coordinate with all parties involved in the project.
  2. Oversee all subcontractors and report directly to the project manager.
  3. Read and understand technical drawings and add value engineering.
  4. Ensure no delays occur to the project.
  5. Manage day-to-day site activities, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of subcontractors.
  6. Perform accurate quantity take-off and understand material specifications.
  7. Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
  8. Work closely with consultants to ensure all work is approved by the consultant and adheres to the approved set of drawings.
  9. Prepare daily reports for relevant stakeholders to track project progress.
  10. Conduct quality assurance/quality control tasks and issue all legal documents for the projects.
  11. Implement a sustainable procurement plan to ensure all materials arrive at the site in a timely manner.
  12. Manage weekly meetings with subcontractors to ensure all parties are aligned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
