Childcare Professional

Job Overview:

Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Childcare Professional to join our team. This role involves creating a safe and engaging environment for children, where they can learn and grow.

Main Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Recreation Supervisor to ensure all kids club responsibilities are carried out efficiently.
• Verify that parents complete the registration form accurately, including their child's medical history.
• Maintain an inventory of toys and equipment, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
• Inform the Recreation Supervisor of any need for additional toys or equipment replacement.
• Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Recreation Supervisor.
• Enforce club rules and regulations at all times.
• Maintain the kids club area clean and tidy.
• Be knowledgeable about club facilities, timings, promotions, and prices.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a diploma or vocational training in early childhood education, coupled with previous experience in childcare. A genuine passion for working with children, creativity, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

The ideal candidate will possess good guest service skills, be pleasant, mature, and patient, with a positive attitude and a willingness to work well under pressure.
