About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Analyst to join our team as a Data Scientist. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data science, analytics, and telecommunications. You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the development of CVM process, governance, and strategy.
  2. Drive commercial improvement in customer lifecycle management through data-driven insights.
  3. Increase revenue by understanding customer behavior and developing NBA/Propensity predictive models accordingly.
  4. Monitor and report on a weekly/monthly basis revenue generated from CVM activities.
  5. Develop new use cases to enhance customer experience.
  6. Manage churn prediction and Multi SIM models to reduce churn and manage inactive customers.
  7. Provide data-driven recommendations to reduce churn.
  8. Utilize Big Data and real-time capabilities to create business use cases that support CVM objectives.
  9. Translate data into an understandable format to present to higher management.
  10. Build advanced analytics using R, Python, and advanced analytics platforms like SAS and DTAIKU.
  11. Develop and fine-tune CVM models to create insights and predict customer behavior.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of telecom experience, with at least 4 years in the data science field.
  • In-depth understanding of business drivers and consumer behavior in a telecom environment.
  • Able to develop, fine-tune, and enhance all CVM models.
  • In-depth understanding of big data, advanced analytics, DWH, and real-time analytics and campaign tools.
