Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Culinary Professional to join our team as a Chef de Partie. This role involves overseeing the preparation of culinary dishes in their designated section and ensuring high-quality food and beverage offerings in every area of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Spearhead culinary operations in their designated section, driving quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop innovative menus and dishes.
- Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and external partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensure efficient kitchen operations, adhering to health and safety standards and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Bachelor's Degree or any culinary degree.
- At least one year of experience as a Chef de Partie in Hotels and Restaurants.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
