Project Cost Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Cost Manager to oversee the financial aspects of our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing budgets, bills of quantities, and cost estimates. Your expertise in cost control, contract administration, and commercial management will ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or a related discipline. A minimum of 7 years of experience in large infrastructure or port/marine projects is required. Proficiency in cost management software, MS Excel, and MS Project is essential. Fluency in English is necessary, with Arabic being an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and monitor project budgets, bills of quantities (BOQs), and cost estimates.
- Evaluate and certify contractor interim payment applications and final accounts.
- Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contract variations, claims, and change orders.
- Conduct regular cost and commercial reporting, including cash flow forecasts and cost-to-complete analyses.
