Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to complete Prometric and Dataflow within 45 days of selection.
