Electrical Supervisor Job Description

As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for supervising all electrical maintenance activities and ensuring that tasks are executed according to company standards.

  • Conduct diagnostic analysis on breakdowns and provide recommendations to improve machine efficiency
  • Lead toolbox meetings with team members
  • Schedule resources for breakdown and preventive maintenance of machines in OCI
  • Ensure adequate stock levels for maintenance are always available
  • Purchase procedure for replenishment of stock initiation
  • Coordinate proper maintenance of ACs and printer units
  • Monitor acquisition and use of materials
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures defined by the company
  • Assign resources to fix electrical issues within OCI premises
Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in electrical engineering required
Experience
  • At least 3+ years of experience in similar industries
Skills And Knowledge
  • Knowledge of common tools, equipment, and materials in electrical trade
  • Understanding of electrical applications for high and low voltage systems
  • Installation, repair, and maintenance skills for electrical system equipment and components
  • Effective communication skills
