Senior Interior Designer

In this critical role, our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury hospitality design and be able to lead a team of designers to create an exceptional guest experience.
About the Role:
This senior Interior Design position is responsible for overseeing the interior design of a major resort renovation project, from initial concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of interior design, including FF&E coordination.
- Work closely with clients, operators, and consultants to develop design strategies.
- Ensure that design deliverables meet quality, cost, and time objectives.
- Supervise internal and external design teams.
- Lead technical reviews, design workshops, and value engineering sessions.
- Coordinate site execution to maintain design integrity.
- Serve as primary liaison between design and construction teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Master's degree in Hospitality Design or Luxury Interiors (optional).
- Minimum 15 years' experience in high-end hospitality interior design.
- At least 5 years in a managerial or project leadership role within Oman/GCC.
- Luxury hotel or resort renovation experience required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Familiarity with GCC hospitality design trends and cultural nuances.
