Job Title: Oracle Apex Developer with Expertise in JavaScript

Job Summary:

This role involves day-to-day development and support of the Oracle Apex Tools environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Oracle Apex platform, web services, TOAD, and experience in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Oracle Apex application through upgrades and patches.
  • Ensure the integration and security of web services.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new Oracle Apex applications.
  • Provide support for Apex applications with JavaScript integration.
  • Participate in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring of the Oracle Apex environment.
  • Document Oracle Apex solutions effectively.
  • Test and update Oracle Apex solutions on new releases.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of the Oracle Apex platform.
  • Familiarity with web services (SOAP, Restful) is essential.
  • Understanding of web and Internet programming concepts.
  • Experience with TOAD is required.
  • Able to analyze business/functional requirements accurately.
  • Proactive, client-oriented, result-driven individual with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Able to clearly document requirements using flowcharts with MS Visio.
