Mixology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• To deliver exceptional guest service at all times, reinforcing key values and culture characteristics
• To follow all training protocols in the department
• Maintain equipment as if it were your own
• Be aware of daily targets and projections
• Attend briefings with restaurant staff to review daily specials, menu changes, and service specifications for reservations
• To be fully knowledgeable about all services, offers, promotions, and facilities offered by the establishment
• Communicate effectively with internal workplace departments
• Inspect dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation, reporting any problems or issues
• Adhere to correct restaurant procedures
• Report potential problems to direct supervision when possible
• Attend all required training sessions, demonstrating an interest in learning and education
• Understand and adhere to established rules and regulations, including those related to fire, hygiene, health, and safety
• To carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Ensure accurate guest notes, detailing service provided on each table
• Develop charisma and engage in conversation with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Achieve a well-rounded sales experience, utilizing trained selling skills
• Effectively manage working areas, delegating tasks where necessary
• Meet sales and spend forecasts
• Possess a thorough understanding of the local industry and market trends
• Familiarity with international and local bar and drink trends
• Complete opening and closing procedures, adhering to established checklists for the bar area
• Serve alcohol responsibly and report concerns to duty managers immediately

• Handle cashiering duties according to policies and procedures
• Deliver service to guests in accordance with service standards
• Prepare the bar area for service
• Check bar stock and prepare orders for replenishing supplies
• Know menu offerings and special promotions, assist guests with recommendations
• Know beverage recipes and prepare drinks accordingly
• Control costs by adhering to quantities specified in recipes
• Ensure opening and closing duties are implemented according to established standards
• Assist in service across other food and beverage outlets when required
• Maintain a clean and tidy bar area

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a bartender
• Good knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, mocktails, and beverages
• Positive attitude, good communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain presentable and professional under pressure
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
