Butcher Needed

We are seeking a skilled meat cutter to join our culinary team, responsible for cutting and preparing meats to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of meat cutting techniques, as well as excellent knife skills.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will also have familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a full-service kitchen or similar setting, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
