The role of an Oracle EBS HRMS Specialist involves managing the administration of Oracle HR applications, ensuring access level authorization, information security and data integrity.

Key responsibilities include enhancing and supporting primary modules involved in Core HRMS, Payroll, OLM, OTL, I-rec, Employee/Manager Self Service, Absence Management, Performance Management, Compensation Benefits Workbench, Workflow and Approvals Management.

  • Manage access rights to departmental personnel based on user requirements.
  • Conduct data auditing for departments and prepare analytical reports using acquired data to enhance system performance and efficiency.

Additional duties involve monitoring Oracle ERP HR applications, analyzing business requirements, and assisting in automating all HR activities with suitable solutions.

Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in HR Department supporting central ERP systems and functional implementation of Oracle applications.

A successful candidate will also have experience in implementing Oracle HRMS Projects, as well as working on customized projects for HRMS modules.
