Job Title: Retail Sales Representative

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This includes greeting customers, assisting them in selecting products, promoting the company's loyalty program, and providing top-tier customer service by following the company's GUEST model.

Key Requirements:

  • Greet and assist customers: Greet customers promptly and assist them in finding the products they need.
  • Customer engagement: Convert window shoppers into buyers through proactive engagement and promote the company's loyalty program to encourage repeat sales.
  • Product knowledge: Stay informed about various brands within the company to offer effective suggestions and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Care and maintenance: Educate customers on product features, benefits, materials, and care instructions.
  • Visual merchandising: Ensure products are displayed in an attractive manner according to store layout standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Inventory management: Record and maintain accurate inventory records for incoming and outgoing stock and replenish and re-merchandise stock on the sales floor to ensure product availability at all times.

About the Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to contribute to a welcoming customer experience. Previous experience in a sales role is preferred but not necessary. A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is also desirable.
