We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our Kitchen Design and Sales team.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating stunning kitchen designs that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, and contractors.
  • Assist clients in selecting and ordering materials, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections and measurements to guarantee accurate designs.
  • Utilize advanced design software to create bespoke kitchen designs.
  • Present bids and proposals to customers, highlighting the value proposition.
  • Manage project logistics, including scheduling, material delivery, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless communication.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A customer-centric approach, prioritizing their needs and satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work at multiple locations, including job sites.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including experience in 20/20 and MS Office Suite.

We prefer Spanish speakers for better communication with Spanish-speaking factories.
