About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support guests with their needs and preferences.
  2. Stock and maintain supply carts with essential items for each shift.
  3. Ensure guest rooms are well-stocked with amenities, stationery, and information.
  4. Remove and replace furniture, curtains, and fixtures as needed.
  5. Adhere to our linen changing policy.
  6. Presentation matters: ensure all areas look their best.
  7. Properly use and maintain equipment.

  9. Achieve excellent performance results.
Requirements:
  1. Secondary education and relevant experience (at least 2 years).
  2. Practical knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical safety.
  3. Native-level fluency in English (written and spoken).
