Talent Analytics
  • Drive data-driven insights to inform our hiring decisions
  • Partner with stakeholders to streamline our hiring processes

In this role, you'll have the chance to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies to analyze and interpret complex data sets. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us identify top talent and making informed hiring decisions.

Requirements
  • Exceptional academic background in Psychology or related field
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques
  • Proficiency in R, Python, or other programming languages
