Woodwork Specialist

Looking for a construction professional to construct, install and repair structures made of wood, steel and other materials.

• The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• You should be able to read blueprints and building plans accurately.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools is essential.

1. Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares or marking gauges.
2. Cut and shape materials using hand or power tools such as saws, chisels, drills and sanders.
3. Assemble and fasten materials using nails, screws, staples or adhesives.
4. Install structures such as doors, windows, frames and trim according to specifications.
5. Repair or replace damaged wooden structures using hand tools or power tools.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
7. Maintain a safe working environment at all times.

• Proven experience as a Carpenter with at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Able to read blueprints and building plans accurately.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools effectively.
• Familiarity with different wood types and their properties.
• Physically fit with good balance and hand-eye coordination.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time-management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
