About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Platform Developer to join our team. As a key member of our international development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing fast, secure, and scalable healthcare platform solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop high-performance back-end services using cutting-edge technologies.
  2. Collaborate with developers, DevOps, QA, Product Owners, and UX Designers in a global team environment.
  3. Estimate, plan, and review user stories and code to enhance our products.
  4. Contribute to an agile development process.
  5. Mentor and develop internal talent.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in back-end development (Java 8+, JavaEE).
  2. Strong expertise in Microservices, RESTful APIs, Spring Framework, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL, JUnit, and Git.
  3. Solid understanding of OOP, CI/CD, Agile, and software architecture.
  4. Bonus: Knowledge of Docker, OAuth, ElasticSearch, Redis, FHIR/HL7, or UML.
  5. Excellent communication & problem-solving skills, with fluency in English.
  6. A team player with a solution-oriented mindset and a passion for collaboration.
