Dining Host

A key component of our service team, the hostess plays a vital role in ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional guest experience. Their primary responsibility is to extend a warm welcome to guests, assist them with seating, and provide a personalized touch throughout their stay.

• Respond to guest inquiries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
• Stay up-to-date on menu offerings and product knowledge
• Report any issues promptly and follow established procedures
• Maintain Hilton grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
• Handle phone calls professionally and efficiently, taking messages as needed and passing them on accurately and promptly
• Familiarize yourself with restaurant seating arrangements
• Adhere to hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexibly in various situations
• Effective teamwork and problem-solving skills
