We are seeking a seasoned Regulatory Affairs expert to lead our digital health initiatives in the GCC region.

About the Role

This critical position will oversee the development and execution of our regulatory strategy, ensuring legal and ethical market access for innovative digital healthcare solutions across the GCC.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in regulatory affairs, with a strong background in healthtech or digital health platforms, as well as deep knowledge of local and international regulatory frameworks.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing the regulatory roadmap, managing submissions and audits with health authorities, and overseeing classification and documentation of digital platforms and software as a medical device.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Public Health, or Regulatory Affairs, and possess strong interpersonal and advisory skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 10-15 years of regulatory affairs experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector, with a minimum of 3+ years in the GCC.
  • Experience with HealthTech or digital health platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of local and international regulatory frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Public Health, or Regulatory Affairs.
  • Strong interpersonal and advisory skills; able to liaise with regulators and executive teams.
