Key Accountabilities:
  • Sales Performance
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and lead generation.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to retain their business and expand our services.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive.
Operational Leadership
  • Lead the centre team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet key performance indicators.
  • Manage the centre's budget and financial performance to achieve targets.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and revenue increase.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
Benefits and Compensation

1,500 – 1,800 OMR + monthly bonus paid quarterly.
