Infrastructure Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee and manage large-scale infrastructure projects.

About the Role:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to project objectives and contractual obligations.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and consultants, to deliver complex construction projects.
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Review designs, specifications, and technical drawings for compliance with regulations and project requirements.
    • Provide expertise in civil works for tunnels, bridges, and railway systems.
    • Ensure that construction activities meet quality standards and safety regulations.
    • Implement and monitor HSE policies, conducting regular site inspections and audits.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, authorities, and other stakeholders.
    • Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in infrastructure projects, including tunnels, bridges, and railways.
  • Proven track record in project management roles with end-to-end responsibility for complex construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials for tunnels, bridges, and railway systems.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
  • Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Fluent level of English, written and spoken.
