Job Title: Digital Transformation Architect

Synopsis

This role requires a highly experienced Digital Transformation Architect to design and implement integrated CRM systems, including data migration, event streaming, and real-time integration.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct Gap Analysis

Assess business needs and translate requirements/user stories into solution design documents, encompassing Banking Data Model, Logical Architecture, Physical Architecture in multi-server/multi-geography, and internet-facing deployment.

Design Unified Service Desktop

Create a unified platform hosting multiple banking applications and facilitate front-end integration.

Implement CRM Systems

Install CRM systems, including platform upgrades, and contribute to planning, analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Define Technical Requirements

Determine technical requirements, including non-functional aspects like performance, availability, scalability, maintainability, and observability, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.

Engage with Senior Client Stakeholders

Interact with senior client stakeholders across IT and business domains to comprehend and meet their requirements.

Develop Bank-Specific Implementation Architecture

Craft bank-specific CRM implementation architecture design principles and communicate these to tech leads and CRM SI partners for adherence.

Determine Technology Stack

Select the technology stack for implementation, ensuring it meets organizational needs.

Guide CRM SI Partners

Instruct CRM SI partners in creating and reviewing target technical architecture blueprints to ensure compliance with bank guidelines and project objectives.

Understand Technical Environments

Analyze the capabilities and limitations of technical environments, including determining the number of staging environments for development, testing, training, staging, production, and support.

Collaborate with Solution Architects

Work with solution architects, SMEs, and delivery leads to review estimates and solution plans aligned with project goals.

Perform Hardware and Network Sizing

Conduct hardware and network sizing and capacity planning.

Conduct Security Risk Assessments

Evaluate security risk assessments and develop security controls to support external regulations.

Drive Performance Engineering Activities

Promote performance engineering activities such as modeling, forecasting, testing, and tuning; review and sign off on performance testing plans and results.

Lead Architecture and Infrastructure Analysis

Direct architecture and infrastructure analysis to ensure the product fulfills requirements with minimal customization and adheres to CRM principles.

Work with Support Teams

Collaborate with support teams to determine application support strategies, including backups, disaster recovery, system performance, and project management.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to think critically and strategically, are also essential.
