As a leading international workforce business, Orion Group is seeking an experienced HRIS Solutions Expert to lead the development and execution of HRIS-related tasks and initiatives. This key position will be responsible for managing Total Rewards & Employee Recognition and Communication (ERC) Programs, including budgeting, utilization, and forecasting yearly estimates.

About This Opportunity

The successful candidate will oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, as well as HRIS technology supporting HR operations. They will have a strong understanding of compensation design, market analysis, and pay equity principles, and possess excellent business and technical report writing skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Development and execution of Total Rewards & HRIS related tasks and initiatives.
  • Manage Total Rewards & ERC, Payroll, HR Systems, and HR Projects considering business complexities and geographical distributions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12+ years' experience in a similar role in a large oil industry organization, with in-depth knowledge and experience with HRIS systems, database management, and data analysis tools.
