At Esbaar, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior VLOS Pilot to join our team. As a Senior VLOS Pilot, you will be responsible for operating Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) to capture high-quality aerial data.

This is a full-time opportunity based in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 1-3 years of work experience in the field of RPAS operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in GIS, Remote Sensing, Survey, Robotics, Engineering, or any other related fields. Additionally, they must hold remote pilot qualifications as a Drone pilot.

Key Requirements:

  1. Familiarity with Pix4D and other data processing tools.
  2. Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  3. Must be physically fit for the job.
  4. Conduct safety talks and ensure that projects meet client expectations.

Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:

  1. Experience with flying RPAS.
  2. Familiarity with all safety procedures.
  3. Ability to stay updated on new solutions.
  4. Addressing client feedback or issues promptly and professionally.
