We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative advertising campaigns that meet client objectives.

1. Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies that meet client objectives.
2. Manage and lead a team of creatives, providing guidance and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
3. Collaborate with account management and other stakeholders to understand client needs and develop effective solutions.
4. Maintain a deep understanding of the latest advertising trends and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising or a related field, preferably in a senior creative role.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work that meets client objectives.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong understanding of advertising principles and practices, including creativity, strategy and production.
