Cafe Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and efficient individual to join our team as a Cafe Attendant. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

1. Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, using standard recipes and procedures.
2. Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, with precision and care, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
3. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, while providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with regular customers.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines, and ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
5. Stock and replenish supplies as needed to ensure seamless service, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is highly desirable, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and consistently meeting quality standards.
• Knowledge of coffee and tea brewing techniques, with the ability to operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers alike, and build strong relationships with regular customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed, and adapt to changing priorities and workload demands.
