Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Service Associate to ensure exceptional customer service and attention to detail for our guests.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure that dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas.
  • Restock supplies and maintain well-stocked service areas.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order delivery.
  • FOLLOW HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS.
  • Support special events and functions as needed.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Offer recommendations and upsell menu items to guests.
  • E nsure memorable dining experiences for all guests.
  • Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Participate in training and development programs.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in food and beverage or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
