Job Title: Expert Refrigeration Specialist

Maintain and repair complex refrigeration systems to ensure efficient operation and compliance with health & safety standards in a fast-paced cold storage and processing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair high-performance Freon refrigeration systems to optimize system performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and perform preventative maintenance tasks to identify potential issues and prevent system failure.
  • Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs to restore system functionality and ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Freon-based refrigeration systems, preferably in seafood or cold storage environments.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical principles and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality work and meet strict health and safety standards.
