Senior Project Planner - ConstructionThis position requires a highly skilled project planner with expertise in project planning and controls, project scheduling, and risk management. The successful candidate will oversee project planning and controls for construction projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project schedules, detailed plans, and timelines in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project teams and senior management
  • Analyze project data, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Manage project budgets and track costs to ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Conduct regular project reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on project planning and controls processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project risk management plans
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in project planning and controls, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience with project scheduling software, such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
